CDX 222 is a jointless, high solids, full season variety with very firm fruit and great yield potential. The medium size plant provides excellent cover for the very uniform, elongatedsquare fruit ideally suited for paste and dicing. Fruit also has good size making it ideal for potential fresh market use as a dual purpose variety. Good color and viscosity complement this ideal variety for full season multiple use.
